Ride PIN

When a driver is matched you get a PIN. Confirm the driver and vehicle, then share the PIN to start, so you know you are in the right car.

Choose a ride driven by a verified woman driver, available to verified women riders.

Trusted contacts

Add people you trust in the app and share your trip details with them.

Our safety policy

Driver Verification

All drivers on the Trippool platform undergo identity verification, vehicle inspection, and driver's licence checks before being approved. Vehicles must meet minimum safety standards set by Trippool.

Real-Time GPS Tracking

All trips are tracked in real time via GPS. Your location is recorded throughout your journey. You may share your trip details with trusted contacts using the in-app share feature.

Emergency Assistance

The in-app emergency button connects you directly to our safety team. Zimbabwe emergency services are accessible at 999 or 112. Always use these in life-threatening situations.

Reporting Incidents

Report any safety concerns in-app immediately after your trip, or contact our safety team at safety@trippool.co.zw. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and treated with strict confidentiality.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any form of violence, sexual misconduct, or criminal behaviour results in immediate account removal and a report filed with the Zimbabwe Republic Police. There are no exceptions to this policy.
